I had a leaky goggle this morning, just on the right side. I think they must be wearing out, I've been using the same pair for a good while now, over a year. My eye doesn't look as red and itchy as it felt. Swam twenty two again with Richard today, a nice gentle pace.
Richard carried on and was joined in the water by Carl, he wanted to do a hour swim. I made the most of our last sauna days before nipping off to work. The last sauna day is Wednesday then it's off in May until the autumn come around again.
