It didn't look that inviting this morning, heavy cloud although it wasn't raining. I felt sluggish and tired but the sauna was still on (Tuesday is the last day I think) so I did a twenty two length swim. I wasn't very fast but enjoyed a bit of a swim with Vince and Margy even though they were on the other side of the water.
I'm pretty sure Kate didn't see me snap this. She had a sauna before getting in, in fact the water was quite full around nine when I was leaving.
The forecast is for a cold snap toward the end on the week, maybe even a frost! If the sauna is off I'll have to cut down my distance.
