The last day of the sauna. It's rather sad. Although I don't feel as if I need it that much it was still nice to sit in the warm and calm and catch up on all the gossip. I was joined by Inez and Barbara today and we talked about cyclist and Vivienne Westwood.
Richard was already swimming and I joined him for twenty two lengths. The pool was quite full on a wonderful sunny morning, we got told off for swimming beyond the cones! Alfonso joined us for my last two and then they carried on swimming.
A big group were swimming up and down together as I left, Margy, Pip, Ian and Nando amongst others.
The green goddesses. I'm not sure who it was swimming with Margy?
