Sun

 Clear, not too cold the sun beginning to spill over the pool just after 8am.

 A light frost at the lido, I had none at home. I did a quick four length swim. It was under 3ºC I believe.

 Nando set off before me on his double circuit, the endurance distance. We swam his third length together.

That's Elizabeth in the water, hard to see when looking into the sun. She found a flip flop carrier and did a one length swim reuniting with her footware at the shallow end.
